Some of his notable engagements include:

Representing a lender in the High Court of Kenya, where the court ruled that the lender could sell charged land valued at Kes. 400 million to recover a loan advanced to the borrower in the event of their payment default.

Representing one of Kenya’s largest pharmaceutical companies in the High Court of Kenya against a trademark infringement and passing-off claim made by an Indian company. The dispute involved similar pharmaceutical product sales in Kenya, which the High Court dismissed.

Acting for a private client in the High Court of Kenya in a company dispute concerning minority shareholder rights and dividend payments. The court ordered the company to pay Kes. 7 million in previously withheld dividends.

Acting for a private client in arbitration proceedings regarding a claim for KES. 20 million

Successfully secured a court judgment of Kes. 1.5 million in favour of an individual for a personal injury insurance claim.

Successfully recovered various debts for a corporate client through amicable settlement and enforcement of court judgments.
