Kenneth Likoko holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons.) degree from the University of Nairobi, and a post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Ken is an experienced transactional lawyer and has advised local and international clients in various areas including banking and securities; immigration matters; debt and equity finance; project finance; asset finance; intellectual property both contentious and non-contentious; mergers & acquisitions; insolvency; joint ventures; real estate transactions; and negotiation of complex commercial transactions.

Before joining the firm, Ken previously worked as an advocate at MMAN Advocates and as the head of legal affairs at Spire Bank and brings on board a wide range of experience from both the legal and financial space.
