  • Assisting with arbitration pleadings, witness statements, and legal arguments in domestic arbitrations under the NCIA and other institutional rules.
  • Prosecuting trademark applications before KIPI, responding to examination reports, and managing trademark portfolios for local and international brand owners.
  • Advising on copyright ownership, licensing, and enforcement, including takedown procedures for online infringement.
  • Managing work permit and special pass applications for foreign nationals, including Class G and Class M permits and investor residence permits under the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act.
  • Advising technology companies on data protection compliance under the Data Protection Act 2019.
