  • Handling IP disputes including infringement actions, oppositions, objections, office action matters at KIPI, and counterfeiting complaints before the Anti-counterfeit Agency.
  • Advising financial institutions on structuring facility and loan agreements, including LMA-based financing, and enforcing security documentation.
